Day 1-3 Menu:
6 am: drink 8-16 oz water with one heaping teaspoon of fresh grated Ginger! Add Stevia for taste
Between 7-9 am - Eat big Breakfast: Choose: One serving whole grain - gluten free optional One serving protein One fruit One multi vitamin and calcium supplement
11 am: drink 8-16 oz water with one heaping teaspoon of fresh grated Ginger! Add Stevia for taste
Between noon and 2pm: eat light lunch of lentil soup, steamed veggies and drink lots of water.
4 pm: 160z of pick me up power smoothie made with berries, banana and vegan protein powder, organic green powder, 2 tbs flax oil and 8oz of your choice dairy or non-dairy beverage!
6 pm: drink 8-16 oz water with one heaping teaspoon of fresh grated Ginger! Add Stevia for taste
8 pm: dinner
One serving of whole grain
One cup of salad
Olive oil and vinegar dressing
One serving of protein
End the day with relaxing breathing listed above!
