The SC 21 day cleanse - day 4-5-6
balancing the five material elements
= earth, water, fire, air and etheric sky!
Replace the fresh ground ginger with lemon in your water intake!
Menu day 4-5 -6:
4-6 am: 16 oz Luke warm water with fresh lemon juice and meditate!
6-8 am: Take energizing exercise and shower!
8 am: big Breakfast (one serving of gluten-free brown rice porridge or chickpea pancakes or gluten-free waffles, 3/4 cup of fruit salad, one handful of seeds) and cup of green tea
10 am: 3oz bitter gourd juice or 2 bitter gourd tablets (organic store)
12:30 pm: five element green juice at the juice bar or at home juice:
- 4 green apples
- 3 celery stacks- handful of spinach
- handful of parsley
- thumb size of ginger
And then mix juice with one serving of Hemp protein powder.Sip slowly! Should be 20 oz of juice!
From 1-3pm: sip 16 oz lemon water cool or warm sweetened with Stevia or Agave Nectar and take.
20 min meditation break!
3pm: snack on gluten free protein (yogurt or hummus or tofu or energy bar etc) snack under 300 kcal! And a cup of green tea.
6 pm: add one serving of psyllium husk to 8 fl oz of store bought organic grape juice
8 pm: eat a wholesome meal under 600 kcal! Don't worry about carb-protein-fat ratios here! Follow your cravings but keep it under 600 kcal!
