Sattvic 21-day juice cleanse - day 11-12-13

Day 11-12-13 of the SC 21 day cleanse:

To make a quick recap on day 1 through 7, these first 7 days of the SC 21 day cleanse is good enough to jump start weight-loss if followed by a calorie restrictive diet and a steady exercise routine!

Day 8 through 14 is based on Chakra balancing cleansing with daily intake of 1750-2150 kcal/day along ...with meditation, yoga and interval training routine! Easy to follow during weekday work routine!


Day 11-12-13 menu:

4-6 am: get up! 5 minute and Prana breathing! 10 minute Shivasana yoga (corpse pose) and meditation and (optional) you can place Rose Quarts crystals and Carnelian stones on the ovaries two inches under the belly button. Massaging the abdominal area with rose oil for 5-10 minutes and then ending with the fetal pose in yoga!

*** The rose quarts crystal are also meant for the male members! carnelian stones for the internal male sexual organs!

***A sea salt bath in the tub or a trip to the beach and swimming in the ocean is highly recommended!

6 am: The Sacral Chakra Tonic is nothing more then distilled water (16 oz) with some sea salt!
6-8 am: 20 minute of getting heart rate up through walking, swimming, dancing, jogging or biking! 10-15 minutes of stretching the back, legs and arms

8 am breakfast: under 400 kcal, eat a nice big breakfast rich in whole grains and healthy fats for 65% and proteins 35% protein. Green tea or cup of Joe!

8-10 am: drink 16 oz sugar free and caffeine free liquids

10 am: fruit and yogurt under 200 kcal

10-12 noon: don't eat and drink anything and relax!

Noon: lunch under 300 kcal (pack lunch to have better control over calorie intake): salad, protein and grain. Keep BPA free water bottle

1-3 pm: drink 16 oz sugar free and caffeine free liquids

3 pm: 3 oz of nuts and raisin mix less then 250 kcal

3-6 pm: drink 16 oz sugar free and caffeine free liquids

6 pm: cup of lentil soup or cup of milk less then 200 kcal, piece of fruit

6-8 pm: rest & prepare dinner

8pm: balanced dinner 45% carbohydrates, 35% protein, 20% fat under 400 kcal

10 pm: still feeling hungry or are you a man taller then 5.6 inches? Add a snack under 250 kcal!

Go to bed early!
