The Healing Benefits of Tulsi
Tulsi - best known as Ocimum Sanctum - the Queen of Herbs in SATVIC MODE


In the ancient scriptures of India -namely the Padmapurana chapter 24 -verse 2, Lord Shiva mentions to the celestial sage Narada:
 “Oh Narada, wherever Tulsi grows there is no misery. She is the holiest of the holy. Wherever the breeze blows her fragrance there is purity. Sattvic 21-day juice cleanse - day 11-12-13


"The Satvic Chef"

Day 11-12-13 of the SC 21 day cleanse:

To make a quick recap on day 1 through 7, these first 7 days of the SC 21 day cleanse is good enough to jump start weight-loss if followed by a calorie restrictive diet and a steady exercise routine!

Day 8 through 14 is based on Chakra balancing cleansing with daily intake of 1750-2150 kcal/day along ...with meditation, yoga and interval training routine! Easy to follow during weekday work routine!


Day 11-12-13 menu:

4-6 am: get up! 5 minute and Prana breathing! 10 minute Shivasana yoga (corpse pose) and meditation and (optional) you can place Rose Quarts crystals and Carnelian stones on the ovaries two inches under the belly button. Massaging the abdominal area with rose oil for 5-10 minutes and then ending with the fetal pose in yoga!

FYI
*** The rose quarts crystal are also meant for the male members! carnelian stones for the internal male sexual organs!

***A sea salt bath in the tub or a trip to the beach and swimming in the ocean is highly recommended!

6 am: The Sacral Chakra Tonic is nothing more then distilled water (16 oz) with some sea salt!
6-8 am: 20 minute of getting heart rate up through walking, swimming, dancing, jogging or biking! 10-15 minutes of stretching the back, legs and arms

8 am breakfast: under 400 kcal, eat a nice big breakfast rich in whole grains and healthy fats for 65% and proteins 35% protein. Green tea or cup of Joe!

8-10 am: drink 16 oz sugar free and caffeine free liquids

10 am: fruit and yogurt under 200 kcal

10-12 noon: don't eat and drink anything and relax!

Noon: lunch under 300 kcal (pack lunch to have better control over calorie intake): salad, protein and grain. Keep BPA free water bottle

1-3 pm: drink 16 oz sugar free and caffeine free liquids

3 pm: 3 oz of nuts and raisin mix less then 250 kcal

3-6 pm: drink 16 oz sugar free and caffeine free liquids

6 pm: cup of lentil soup or cup of milk less then 200 kcal, piece of fruit

6-8 pm: rest & prepare dinner

8pm: balanced dinner 45% carbohydrates, 35% protein, 20% fat under 400 kcal

10 pm: still feeling hungry or are you a man taller then 5.6 inches? Add a snack under 250 kcal!

Go to bed early!

Day 8 -9-10 menu:

6 am: root chakra tonic!
In a 16 oz glass add:
1 tsp of organic cranberry concentrate
Pinch of kosher salt
Pinch of cinnamon
One clove crushed
Pinch of turmeric
Pinch of chili powder
One packet of Stevia sweetener or one tbs agave nectar
Fill up with Luke warm water and mix
Drink up!

6-8 am: 20 minute of getting heart rate up through walking, dancing, jogging or biking!
10-15 minutes of stretching the back, legs and arms

8 am breakfast: under 400 kcal, eat a nice big breakfast rich in whole grains and healthy fats (avocado, olive-oil, plant-derived transfat free margarine)  for 65% and proteins 35% protein. with large cup of green tea (green tea has caffeine but limit to up to 16 oz)

8-10 am: drink 16 oz sugar free and caffeine free liquids

10 am: fruit and yogurt under 200 kcal

10-12 noon: don't eat and drink anything

Noon: lunch under 300 kcal (pack lunch to have better control over calorie intake): salad, protein and grain. Keep BPA free water bottle and sip throughout the day.

1-3 pm: drink 16 oz sugar free and caffeine free liquids

3 pm: 3 oz of nuts and raisin mix less then 250 kcal

3-6 pm: drink 16 oz sugar free and caffeine free liquids (= no sugar no caffeine)

6 pm: cup of lentil soup or cup of milk less then 200 kcal, piece of fruit

6-8 pm: rest & prepare dinner

8pm: balanced dinner 45% carbohydrates, 35% protein, 20% fat under 400 kcal

10 pm: still feeling hungry or are you a man taller then 5.6 inches? Add a snack under 250 kcal!

Go to bed early!

Day 7 can be eye-balled depending on your mental capacity so far following up to day 6 of the 21 day juicing cleanse.

The Juicing menu on day 7 can be either:
1. the same as juicing menu of days 4-5-6 .....or....
2. a transition between juicing menu of day 6 and day 8.....or.....
3. the same as juicing menu of days 8-9-10

The SC 21 day cleanse - day 4-5-6

balancing the five material elements

= earth, water, fire, air and etheric sky!

Replace the fresh ground ginger with lemon in your water intake!

Menu day 4-5 -6:
4-6 am: 16 oz Luke warm water with fresh lemon juice and meditate!

6-8 am: Take energizing exercise and shower!

8 am: big Breakfast (one serving of gluten-free brown rice porridge or chickpea pancakes or gluten-free waffles, 3/4 cup of fruit salad, one handful of seeds) and cup of green tea

10 am: 3oz bitter gourd juice or 2 bitter gourd tablets (organic store)

12:30 pm: five element green juice at the juice bar or at home juice:
- 4 green apples
- 3 celery stacks- handful of spinach
- handful of parsley
- thumb size of ginger
And then mix juice with one serving of Hemp protein powder.Sip slowly! Should be 20 oz of juice!

From 1-3pm: sip 16 oz lemon water cool or warm sweetened with Stevia or Agave Nectar and take.

20 min meditation break!

3pm: snack on gluten free protein (yogurt or hummus or tofu or energy bar etc) snack under 300 kcal! And a cup of green tea.

6 pm: add one serving of psyllium husk to 8 fl oz of store bought organic grape juice

8 pm: eat a wholesome meal under 600 kcal! Don't worry about carb-protein-fat ratios here! Follow your cravings but keep it under 600 kcal!

Sattvic Juicing! Jumpstart day 1 through 3


 Day one till day day three cleanse:

The Sattvic cleanse requires to get up early at before sun down and meditate with 30 minutes of breathing techniques and then suggestive mediation your choice internal or vocal (chants)

Day 1-3 Menu:

4 pm: 160z of pick me up power smoothie made with berries, banana and vegan protein powder, organic green powder, 2 tbs flax oil and 8oz of your choice dairy or non-dairy beverage!

6 pm: drink 8-16 oz water with one heaping teaspoon of fresh grated Ginger! Add Stevia for taste

8 pm: dinner
One serving of whole grain
One cup of salad
Olive oil and vinegar dressing
One serving of protein

End the day with relaxing breathing listed above!

B. I take drugs and pharmacueticals due to a chronic health condition! Can I participate?

Yes! This SC 21 cleanse is easy to follow and there are no constrainious regimens involved and is safe for any chronic condition including diabetes, hypertension, chronic hepatic condition, thyroid, adrenal, renal etc. 

C. I have food allergies! Can I still follow this cleanse program?
If you are allergic to nuts, soy, wheat and gluten! this SC 21 day cleanse is for you as well!

D. I am in Menopause, or have ED (Erectile dysfunction), or have Prostate enlargement, or am a chronic drinker/smoker! Will the SC-21 cleanse diet help me eleveate the symptoms or provide me with a cure?
The answer is NO! you have to seek professional treatment for these conditions!

a. First you determine with a health calculator you lenght, weight and Basal Metablic Rate (BMR) and Body Mass Index (BMI) ----- for example go to http://www.healthcentral.com/diet-exercise/ideal-body-weight-3146-143.html and fill out your height in inches/cm and body weight in lbs/kg

b. Another option for Iphone/android users: download a free application to you Iphone/android and do the calculations from there!

c.  Don't start the cleanse just out of the blue, but consciously plan and adjust slowly! It is based on a 1850 - 2150 Kcal/day diet.
